How can an extrovert raise an introvert?

An issue that creeps up often in my quiet little house with four quiet little mice, well five if you include the husband. And one loud, bellowing me. 

How can an extrovert raise an introvert?

I'm learning, ever so slowly, that shy and timid they are not, just simply introverted.
